Valet Trash & Recycling Removal
A convenient doorstep trash collection service for apartment communities. Residents place bagged waste outside their door during scheduled service hours, and our team collects and transports it to the property’s designated disposal areas. This helps keep the property cleaner, reduces dumpster congestion, and enhances the overall resident experience.
If the property offers recycling, our team can also collect recyclable materials at the doorstep and transport them to the property’s designated recycling area at no additional cost. Residents may place flattened carboard boxes (up to five) or bagged recyclables in clear bags.
Make-Ready Services
Make-ready services prepare apartment units for new residents between move-outs and move-ins. Our detail-oriented team handles the cleaning, repairs, and finishing work needed to restore units and ensure they are move-in ready, helping property managers reduce turnover time. Smart Vending Machines
Through our A&C Smart Vend division, we provide on-site vending solutions designed to meet the needs of apartment communities and shared spaces, giving residents convenient access to snacks, beverages, and everyday essentials. Machines are installed, stocked, and maintained at no cost to the community, with A&C handling all operations and retaining vending revenue.
Our team ensures machines remain clean, functional, and consistently supplied. We respond quickly to service needs to keep machines running smoothly, making it easy for property managers to offer a valued amenity without any extra work.
Pet Waste Station Service
We service pet waste stations to help apartment communities maintain clean, sanitary outdoor spaces for residents and their pets. Our team handles routine upkeep, including emptying receptacles, replacing liners, and refilling bag dispensers using pet waste bags and liners provided by the property.
Regular service helps prevent overflow and ensures pet owners always have access to waste bags when needed. We work with property management to keep stations consistently maintained without adding extra responsibility to their team.
